Nate Riker
About
My name is Nate Riker. I’m the Director of Operations at RPM Carbide Die Inc. in Arcadia, Ohio, where I’ve dedicated more than 25 years to the trade, growing from CNC programmer into a leadership role. I was born and raised in Findlay, Ohio, and I’m proud to say I married my high school sweetheart, Tiffany—we’ve been together for 21 wonderful years.
My passion for the outdoors began in high school when some friends invited me on a hunting trip, and I’ve been hooked ever since. That passion has taken me all over the United States and Canada to hunt and fish, always searching for new experiences. At home, I have one very spoiled Brittany Spaniel, Kimber. I’m also an active volunteer with local Pheasants Forever chapter, serving as a guide and dog handler during their bird hunts—work I truly enjoy and believe in.
For the past six years, I’ve also owned and operated Captain Park’s Charters, where I serve as a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Charter Captain on Lake Erie. Sharing my love for fishing with others is something I’m passionate about, and my goal is to give every guest a safe, memorable, and enjoyable day on the water.
Whether I’m leading operations at RPM, volunteering with Pheasants Forever, or guiding a charter on Lake Erie, hard work, integrity, and a genuine love for the outdoors guide everything I do.
